Brown Butter allows patrons to enjoy rich, organic desserts based on reimagined family recipes paired with premium wine and spirits. The project reinforced the idea of enhancing brand recognition, which is particularly important for a small business to create an identity that stands out from the competition. Humanizing the identity with a genuine story helped to establish more engagement with the brand since it evokes specific emotions and matches consumer views.
