Sacramento Regional Transit
All designers learn to compile, use, and defend relevant information and summative research into the creation of an appropriate design solution for a specific experience. I selected Sacramento Regional Transit (SacRT) with the hopes of resolving safety and communication concerns. The project focused on designing for the following touchpoints: awareness, planning, waiting, experience, and follow-up. An identity rebranding was another element to consider with the overall experience. The project's goal was to increase engagement between riders and SacRT by 1) promoting consumer privacy/security, 2) increasing communication, and 3) improving the customer purchasing experience.
