Living Layers

The hands-on activity introduced laser-cutting techniques while exploring nature-based solutions simply and creatively. We used laser cutting to design and fabricate a set of interlocking or connecting modular panels that can be assembled into a small "green wall" or plant holder. The panels included cutouts to hold small pots or pockets for growing plants, and stackable components.
